Crosslinkers containing azide groups form robust films through selective crosslinking reactions with alkyl groups in polymers and electronic materials upon UV irradiation or heating. By structurally controlling the crosslinker in three dimensions and increasing the number of azide groups, crosslinking efficiency can be maximized. This enables high-resolution micro-patterning with only a small amount of crosslinker added, while maintaining the optical and electrical properties of the electronic materials.
- - High-density complete crosslinking with a small amount of addition.
- - Maintaining the optical and electrical properties of electronic materials.
- - High-resolution micro-patterning.
- - Simplification of multilayer thin-film processes.
- - Optical/thermal patterning.
- - Conjugated polymers, Conductive polymers, and General-purpose polymers crosslinking/patterning.
- - Displays, organic thermoelectric devices
